If we have these available, we will gladly send them to you. Additionally, you are also very welcome to visit our showroom to view the fabrics in person and make your choice. This way, you can confidently choose the perfect combination for your interior.

Yes, it is possible to pay on delivery. We understand that it is not pleasant to pay the full amount upfront for an order that can take 4 to 7 weeks. That is why we offer the option to only pay a 10% down payment for an online order. You can easily pay the remaining 90% upon delivery. This provides security for both you and us.

At Mokani, we believe in a "cash on delivery" approach, and we like to make things as easy as possible for you. That's why we usually don't ask for a down payment for orders we expect to deliver quickly – because let's be honest, who really loves making down payments?

For online orders, we do request a symbolic down payment of 10%; this is more to confirm the formality of the purchase than to make a dent in your wallet. The remaining balance can be paid upon delivery.

We understand that this can be an important concern. Our own delivery service generally places furniture ready for use at the designated spot, unless otherwise stated with the product or in the order confirmation.

This spot must be accessible. We assume that the location where you want to place the furniture is easily accessible. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the furniture fits into your home. A bit of hauling is no problem – our delivery drivers are strong and experienced! But, let's be realistic, it must be feasible. Please note that any additional costs (such as for a moving lift or a glazier) are at your expense.

If you live on an upper floor, there is no elevator, the access is too narrow, or there are other special circumstances, please let us know when making the delivery appointment. This way, we can take this into account in our planning.

Because all our products are custom-made, it is not possible to return products. This applies in particular to products that have been customized to your specific wishes, such as furniture painted in a specific color or specially ordered or manufactured for you.

Canceling an order can vary depending on the situation. We therefore advise you to contact our customer service department as soon as possible. We can then discuss the possibilities and assist you further.

For some orders, for example if a product has already been put into production or is being or has been specially made for you, cancellation may no longer be possible or cancellation fees may be charged. This is in accordance with the CBW conditions.

Yes, product changes in your order may be possible if the order has not yet been put into production by our supplier or has not yet been processed in our spray booth. • Be present: After we contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, it's important that you, or someone else, is home during the agreed-upon time window. This is necessary to welcome our delivery staff. If you need to leave during the agreed-upon time window, please inform our planning department so that we can call you half an hour in advance upon request to give you an update on the expected arrival time.
• Clear space: Make sure the place where the furniture will be located is clear, as well as the path to this spot. This makes it easier for our delivery staff to deliver and place your new furniture without obstacles.
• Help on hand: Although we usually deliver with two people, it may happen that our driver is alone. In that case, we would greatly appreciate it if you could help with bringing in and placing the furniture.
• Payment: We only accept cash payments for our delivery service. This is because we often work with craftsmen from countries such as Poland, Romania, and Serbia, where cash payments are preferred. Moreover, cash payment helps us avoid transaction fees, which is especially important for larger purchases.
