Yes, it is possible to pay on delivery. We understand that it is not pleasant to pay the full amount upfront for an order that can take 4 to 7 weeks. That is why we offer the option to only pay a 10% down payment for an online order. You can easily pay the remaining 90% upon delivery. This provides security for both you and us.

This spot must be accessible. We generally assume that the location where you want to place the furniture is easily reachable. As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the furniture fits into your home. A bit of lifting is no problem – our delivery personnel are strong and experienced! However, let's be realistic, it must be feasible. Please note that any additional costs (such as for a moving lift or a glazier) will be at your expense.

If you live upstairs, there is no lift, access is too narrow, or there are any other special circumstances, please let us know when making the delivery appointment. This way, we can take this into account in our planning.

• Help at Hand: Although we usually deliver with two people, it may happen that our driver is alone. In that case, we would greatly appreciate it if you could help with bringing in and placing the furniture.
