If we have them available, we will gladly send them to you. Additionally, you are also very welcome in our showroom to view the fabrics in person and make your choice. Yes, it is possible to pay on delivery. We understand that it is not pleasant to pay the full amount upfront for an order that can take 4 to 7 weeks. That is why we offer the option to only pay a 10% down payment for an online order. You can easily pay the remaining 90% upon delivery. This provides security for both you and us.

At Mokani, we believe in a "cash on delivery" approach, and we like to make things as easy as possible for you. That's why we usually don't ask for a deposit for orders we expect to deliver quickly – because, let's be honest, who really loves paying deposits?

For online orders, we do ask for a symbolic 10% deposit. This is more to confirm the formality of the purchase than to make a dent in your wallet. You can pay the remaining amount upon delivery.

We understand that this can be an important concern. Our own delivery service generally places furniture ready for use at the designated spot, unless otherwise stated with the product or in the order confirmation.

This spot must be accessible. We assume that the location where you want to place the furniture is easily accessible. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the furniture fits into your home. A bit of hauling is no problem – our delivery drivers are strong and experienced! But, let's be realistic, it must be feasible. Please note that any additional costs (such as for a moving lift or a glazier) are at your expense.

If you live on an upper floor, there is no elevator, the access is too narrow, or there are other special circumstances, please let us know when making the delivery appointment. This way, we can take this into account in our planning.

Because all our products are custom-made, it is not possible to return products. This applies in particular to products that have been customized to your specific wishes, such as furniture painted in a specific color or specially ordered or manufactured for you.

For some orders, for example if a product has already gone into production or is being or has been custom-made for you, cancellation may no longer be possible or cancellation fees may be charged. This is in accordance with the terms and conditions of the CBW.

• Be Present: After we contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, it's important that you, or someone else, is home within the agreed time slot. This is necessary to welcome our delivery personnel. If you need to leave during the agreed time slot, please inform our scheduling team so that, upon request, we can call you half an hour beforehand to give you an update on the estimated arrival time.
• Clear the Space: Ensure that the place where the furniture will be located is clear, as well as the path to this location. This makes it easier for our delivery personnel to deliver and place your new furniture without obstacles.
• Help at Hand: Although we usually deliver with two people, it may happen that our driver is alone. In that case, we would greatly appreciate it if you could help with bringing in and placing the furniture.
• Payment: We only accept cash payments for our delivery service. This is because we often work with artisans from countries such as Poland, Romania, and Serbia, where cash payments are preferred.
