Yes, it is possible to pay on delivery. We understand that it is not pleasant to pay the full amount upfront for an order that can take 4 to 7 weeks. That is why we offer the option to pay only a 10% deposit for an online order. The remaining 90% can be easily paid upon delivery. This provides security for both you and us.

At Mokani, we believe in a "pay as you go" approach, and we like to make things as easy as possible for you. That's why we usually don't ask for a down payment for orders we expect to deliver quickly – because, let's be honest, who really loves making deposits?

This spot must, however, be accessible. We assume that the location where you want to place the furniture is easily reachable. As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring the furniture fits into your home. A bit of lifting is no problem – our delivery personnel are strong and experienced! However, let's be realistic, it must be feasible. Please note that any additional costs (such as for a moving lift or a glazier) will be at your expense.

If you live upstairs, there is no lift, the access is too narrow, or there are other special circumstances, please let us know when making the delivery appointment. This way, we can take this into account in our planning.

Because all our products are custom-made, it is not possible to return them. This applies in particular to products that have been adapted to your specific wishes, such as furniture painted in a specific color or specially ordered or manufactured for you.

If you need to step out during the agreed-upon time window, please inform our scheduling team so that, upon request, we can call you half an hour beforehand to provide an update on the estimated arrival time.
• Clear the Space: Ensure that the spot where the furniture will be placed is clear, as well as the route to this spot. This will make it easier for our delivery personnel to deliver and place your new furniture without obstacles.
• Help at Hand: Although we usually deliver with two people, it may happen that our driver is alone. In that case, we would greatly appreciate it if you could help bring the furniture inside and place it.
• Payment: We only accept cash payments for our delivery service. This is because we often work with artisans from countries such as Poland, Romania, and Serbia, where cash payments are preferred.
