Yes, it is possible to pay on delivery. We understand that it is not pleasant to pay the full amount upfront for an order that can take 4 to 7 weeks. That is why we offer the option to only pay a 10% down payment for an online order. You can easily pay the remaining 90% upon delivery. This provides security for both you and us.

At Mokani, we believe in a "cash on delivery" approach, and we like to make things as easy as possible for you. That's why we usually don't ask for a down payment for orders we expect to deliver quickly – because let's be honest, who really loves making down payments?

This spot must be accessible. We assume that the location where you want to place the furniture is easily accessible. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the furniture fits into your home. A bit of hauling is no problem – our delivery drivers are strong and experienced! But, let's be realistic, it must be feasible. Please note that any additional costs (such as for a moving lift or a glazier) are at your expense.

If you live on an upper floor, there is no elevator, the access is too narrow, or there are other special circumstances, please let us know when making the delivery appointment. This way, we can take this into account in our planning.

• Clear Space: Ensure that the area where the furniture will be placed is clear, as well as the path to this location. This makes it easier for our delivery personnel to deliver and position your new furniture without obstacles.
• Help on Hand: Although we usually deliver with two people, it may happen that our driver is alone. In that case, we would greatly appreciate it if you could assist with bringing the furniture inside and positioning it.
