Yes, it is possible to pay on delivery. We understand that it is not pleasant to pay the full amount in advance for an order that can take 4 to 7 weeks. That is why we offer the option to pay only 10% in advance for an online order. The remaining 90% can easily be paid upon delivery. This provides security for both you and us.

As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the furniture fits into your home. A bit of hauling is no problem – our delivery drivers are strong and experienced! If you live on an upper floor, there is no elevator, the access is too narrow, or there are other special circumstances, please let us know when making the delivery appointment. This way, we can take this into account in our planning.

• Clear Space: Ensure that the area where the furniture will be placed is clear, as well as the path to this location. This makes it easier for our delivery personnel to deliver and position your new furniture without obstacles.
• Help on Hand: Although we usually deliver with two people, it may happen that our driver is alone. In that case, we would greatly appreciate it if you could assist with bringing the furniture inside and positioning it.
